Wilds can only appear through the Random Wilds feature and replace all symbols except the Scatter. When activated, up to 10 arrows will land on the reels, turning the symbols they hit into Wilds. Ms Robin Hood Wild and Scatter symbols cannot be turned into normal Wilds.
