NET ENTERTAINMENT: NET ENTERTAINMENT STRENGTHENS THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Net Entertainment has strengthened its management team with three new
co-workers as a lead in securing the continued growth of the company. Bertil
Jungmar has taken the position of CFO, Mathias Crona has taken the position of
Strategy & Business Director and Fredrik Petersson has taken the position of
Product Owner Manager.

Bertil Jungmar has a solid financial background with 14 years of experience
from auditing, accounting and business advising at Deloitte and
PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sweden and the USA. Bertil was thereafter CFO at Karo
Bio AB (listed on OMX Nordic Exchange, Stockholm) and CFO at PAN Vision AB.

Mathias Crona has experience from both the financial sector as well as business
development. Mathias has worked at Citibank in Stockholm with corporate banking
and with corporate finance at Goldman Sachs in London. During recent years
Mathias worked with finance- and business development at Concordia Bus as well
as management consultant at Boston Consulting Group.

Fredrik Petersson has a background from the financial market were he in first
hand worked with financial information at among others; Waymaker, Observer and
OMX. Fredrik has many years of experience from product management and various
managerial positions, most recently from the credit card transaction industry
(Payzone).
